Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Rushville, Indiana seeks a Production Technician to join our seed production site. You will operate and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety and production goals.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work rotating shifts, and adapt to peak-season schedules with overtime. A high school diploma or GED and strong teamwork are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be safety minded and follow safety protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Assist with color sorting, packaging, and palletizing tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to Lean practices.
• Assist with warehouse activities and data collection for improvements.
