Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Technician to run process equipment safely and efficiently at our Corteva site. You’ll collect data, support maintenance, and participate in safety initiatives to protect people and products.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can work rotating shifts, and are comfortable with basic computer tools like Excel and Outlook. Relocation sponsorship is not offered, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willing to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and quality requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and basic repair tasks.
• Lead or support a safety program to improve site safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets, PCs) for tasks.
• Possibly perform field management activities and coordinate with growers or contractors.
• Assist with harvest activities such as preparation, sampling, truck unloading.
