Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Specialist on-site at Corteva to drive safe, high-quality seed production. You will operate process equipment, collect production data, and support maintenance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

A strong emphasis on safety and hands-on problem solving is required. You will train others, coordinate with field activities, and assist with warehouse and harvest tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with general manufacturing awareness.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Experience in production environments and data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to achieve production goals through collaboration.
• Operate process equipment following quality plans and SOPs.
• Collect and record production data for continuous improvement.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs as needed.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Participate in safety programs to improve site safety.
• Assist with harvest-related activities and field logistics.
• Train others on seed production processes and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
