Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to drive safe, high‑quality seed production across the full production lifecycle. You will operate process equipment, monitor automation, and ensure compliance with quality plans and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners, training others, and contributing to preventive maintenance and safety initiatives on site at the Corteva location. Relocation sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to operate and monitor process equipment safely and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence a small team to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Operate and monitor process equipment following safety policies and instructions.
• Collect and record production data for continuous improvement projects.
