Vylor, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Production Technician to support seed production operations with a strong emphasis on safety, data collection, and continuous improvement.

You will operate a range of process equipment, work with automated systems, and contribute to quality plans and records. The role requires flexible rotation shifts, teamwork, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; willingness to obtain GED within one year may be considered.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• High attention to detail; able to multitask and stay organized.
• Proactive communication of concerns; adaptable to change.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Hold a valid US driver’s license for field locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate process equipment while adhering to safety policies.
• Follow Quality Plan Work Instructions and quality requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support site safety programs to enhance safety culture.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operations.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, PCs, tablets) for tasks.
• Potential field management duties including scouting, field maintenance, and logistics with partners.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
