Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our Corteva site, supporting seed production operations. You will operate process equipment, follow quality plans, collect data for continuous improvement, and participate in safety initiatives.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, flexibility for rotating shifts, and proficient computer skills. You will also assist with warehousing, field activities, and harvest processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have health and safety focus with reliable adherence to policies.
• Willingness to rotating shifts including weekends/holidays during peak seasons.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Valid US driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment per safety policies and standard work.
• Follow Quality Plan Work Instructions and record data for production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and basic repair tasks.
• Lead or participate in a safety program at the site.
• Assist with warehousing tasks including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computer systems (HMI, tablets) for tasks.
• Potentially engage in field activities like scouting and logistics planning.
• Assist harvest activities such as preparation and seed sampling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
