Vylor Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our on-site seed production operations in Illinois. You will operate process equipment, follow strict safety and Quality Plan guidelines, and collect data to support continuous improvement.

The role involves warehousing tasks, basic field activities, and collaboration with external partners as needed. Qualified candidates possess a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willing to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Proven ability to work safely and follow policies.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends/holidays.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Follow Quality Plan Work Instructions and requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Lead or support a site safety program.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Work with automation and computer systems (HMI, tablets).
• Potentially perform field management tasks and field/harvest activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
