• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform seed processing tasks: receiving, husk/sort, drying, shelling, bulk operations.
• Run packaging, color sorting, sizing, gravity table, treating, and palletizing tasks.
• Operate automation, PLCs, and computerized systems; document data for quality.
