Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for our Rushville, Indiana facility. The role involves seed corn harvest, packaging, and warehousing tasks with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends during peak season.

You will work with automation and PLC systems, maintain safety standards, and contribute to quality plans. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or willing to obtain within twelve months.
• Safety-focused with strong teamwork and communication.
• Able to climb, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs in varying conditions (outdoors/indoors).
• Willing to learn Corteva systems and continuously improve.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Seed corn harvest activities: receiving, husk/sort, drying, shelling, and bulk operations.
• Process activities: color sorting, sizing, gravity table, treating, packaging, and palletizing.
• Operate automation and computerized systems (PLC, computers, iPads).
• Data collection for continuous improvement projects from Bottoms Up Planning.
• Warehousing tasks including forklift operation, quality sampling, picking and pooling.
