Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician to support seed production operations on-site at the Corteva location. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, and contribute to data collection for continuous improvement.

Role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and accurate reporting. A High School Diploma/GED is required, plus a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or be willing to obtain within one year of hire.
• Value health and safety; follow safety policies to protect colleagues and product.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift and overtime, including weekends/holidays during peaks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, tablets) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• High attention to detail; able to multitask and stay organized.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Hold a valid US driver’s license to operate company vehicles when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair work.
• Assist with warehousing activities, including forklift operation.
• Contribute to safety initiatives across the site.
• Support field management and coordination with external partners as needed.
• Engage with automation/computer systems (HMI, tablets) for tasks.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
