Job summary

Vylor seeks a Production Operator to join our on-site seed production team. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plans, collect data, and support maintenance while promoting safety and quality in every task.

You’ll collaborate with warehousing, field, and harvest activities, ensuring efficient production and accurate records. Strong safety focus and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or GED obtained within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Legally able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Hold a valid US driver’s license for field work.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and other repair work.
• Lead or support a defined safety program at the site.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets, etc.).
• Potential field management tasks: scouting, field maintenance, logistics planning, partner coordination.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
