Job summary

Vylor Inc. is hiring a Production Technician to support seed production at Corteva’s on-site location. You will operate equipment, collect data, and assist with safety programs and maintenance.

The role involves field and warehouse duties, occasional field management tasks, and requires flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends during peaks. Safety and quality are core to daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to obtain within one year.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Ability to follow safety and quality plans and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan work instructions and requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair work.
• Lead or support a safety program at the site.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operations.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets).
• Possibly field management tasks: scouting, planning, partner liaison.
• Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
