Job summary

Syngenta Group, partnering with Golden Harvest, seeks Independent Seed Advisors to promote and sell Golden Harvest seed to growers. You will run your own business with local and national support from Syngenta agronomy and sales teams.

As an Independent Seed Advisor, you’ll build demand, forecast territory opportunities, manage a budget, and grow a farmers network across the Midwest. This is self-employed, not an employment offer, with flexible Midwest locations.

• Strong communication and relationship-building with growers.
• Self-motivated with capability to deliver plans and offers to target customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand and educate customers about Golden Harvest solutions.
• Recommend product placement and manage field concerns with agronomy support.
• Develop a territory business plan and forecast for customers.
• Build and grow a territory by adding new farmers.
