Syngenta—Golden Harvest brand is seeking Independent Seed Advisors to promote and sell Golden Harvest seed products directly to growers in the Midwest. As a self-employed partner, you will operate with entrepreneurial autonomy while leveraging Syngenta agronomy and sales support.

You’ll develop a territory business plan, forecast demand, and manage customer relationships to grow sales, profits, and market share within your district.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations.
• Sell, distribute and service Golden Harvest seed products directly to growers.
• Part of a network of independent seed sellers with support from Syngenta agri-business professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand and ensure customer knowledge of Golden Harvest products.
• Recommend product placement to improve customer satisfaction and sales results.
• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the territory.
• Collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights.
• Develop territory through adding new farmers and forecasting customer needs.
