Syngenta Seeds seeks Independent Seed Advisors to promote Golden Harvest seed products directly to growers across the Midwest. This is a self-employed partnership, not a traditional employment offer, with support from Syngenta agronomy and sales professionals.

As an advisor you will sell, service, and distribute seed, develop territory plans, forecast customer needs, and build a sustainable business with entrepreneurial freedom and strong local relationships.

Qualifications

• Sell and service seed products to growers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and territory plans.
• Provide market insights and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level, ensuring product knowledge.
• Act as steward of the Syngenta portfolio in partnership with Agronomy.
• Recommend product placement to improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within territory.
• Regularly collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights.
• Manage budget and selling expenses within district guidelines.
• Develop territory through new farmers and forecast customer needs.
• Develop a territory-level business plan identifying opportunities and tactics.
