Syngenta Seeds, through Golden Harvest, is seeking Independent Seed Advisors to partner with growers in the Midwest, promoting Golden Harvest seed products and providing service and support.

As an independent advisor, you will manage plans, create demand, forecast territory needs, and build a sustainable business with access to agronomic and sales support. This role is self-employed, offering entrepreneurial autonomy and tools to grow your own seed business.

Formación

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level with knowledge of our products.
• Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio with agronomy partnership.
• Recommend product placement to increase satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit and market share targets in territory.
• Collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights.
• Manage district budget, expenses and marketing funds.
• Develop territory through new farmers.
• Forecast customers within the territory accurately.
• Develop a territory business plan with opportunities and tactics.

Responsabilidades

• Sell, distribute and service seed products directly to growers.
• Operate within a network of independent seed sellers with Syngenta support.
• Collaborate with agronomy for field concerns as needed.
• Forecast and grow territory sales and customer base.
• Report market insights and maintain budget within guidelines.
