Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking Independent Seed Advisors to promote Golden Harvest seed products directly to growers in the Midwest. You will operate as a self-employed partner within the Golden Harvest network, selling, distributing, and servicing seed products with support from Syngenta agronomy and sales teams.

As a trusted advisor, you will build a territory business plan, forecast customer needs, and execute plans to grow farmers and market share.

Qualifications

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level, ensuring knowledge of our products and interest in Syngenta solutions.
• Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio by making recommendations and managing field concerns with Agronomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level and educate customers about Syngenta products.
• Recommend product placement to improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the territory.
• Regularly collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights.
• Develop your assigned territory by adding new farmers.
