Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and, if applicable, licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and other staff at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; manage scheduling.
