Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a supervisory Security Operations Lead to oversee Security Officers and staff at client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, conduct coaching, training, and performance management, and coordinate with management and clients to maintain high security standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, payroll support, site coverage, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• May be required to hold applicable state or municipal license for Security Officers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and leads other personnel at client sites.
• Ensures post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents actions.
• Trains Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Coordinates payroll and personnel information with management.
• Ensures adequate coverage and submits reports; meets client representatives.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
