Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is hiring a Low Voltage Technician in Wisconsin. You will install, service, and test electronic security systems including burglar and fire alarms, CCTV, and access control in various environments.

The role offers pay from $20 to $35 per hour based on experience, plus a monthly incentive program up to 10% of annual pay, a tool allowance, company vehicle, and competitive benefits. Travel and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mathematical skills including ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications in the security industry.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire specified alarm system devices.
• Test and verify that all installed systems function properly per manufacturer specifications.
• Program alarm systems via programmer or keypad.
• Explain and demonstrate to customers how the installed alarm system works.
• Complete proper paperwork daily and submit to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
