Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience in security projects.
• At least ten years in installation, integration, and testing of security systems valued at >$500k.
• Experience leading security projects as PM, Superintendent, or Foreman.
• Experience installing conduits and wiring.
• Experience with Access Control and Video Management Systems.
• Basic networking knowledge and civil coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, safety, permits, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead weekly resource meetings and develop resource-loaded schedules.
• Conduct quality reviews of design documentation and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage project documentation including Change Orders and RFIs.
• Collaborate with engineers on prefab processes and testing.
