The role focuses on post-installation support, troubleshooting, on-site software upgrades, and documentation. You will work with alarm, access control, CCTV and fire systems and coordinate with project teams to ensure client uptime and

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
Experience with commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms and fire alarms.
ESA or NTS certifications preferred.
Certifications in CCTV and Access Control systems are a plus.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime.
Diagnose and resolve system issues.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize availability.
Perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration).
Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
Produce technical documentation describing deployment details for technical and non-technical audiences.
Perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications.
Perform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
