We seek technically minded individuals with experience in low-voltage electronics and security systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low‑voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion systems and fire alarms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and access control are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues both individually and as a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identify faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration, etc.).
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
• Produce technical documentation describing deployment and system details for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications.
• Perform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
