Job summary

Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, is a leading provider of integrated security solutions. The role focuses on post-installation support, trouble-ticket response, and on-site software upgrades.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and document changes for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in low voltage systems and a solid knowledge of CCTV, access control, and fire alarm

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary and fire alarm systems.
• NICET certification or State Fire License preferred.
• ESA/NTS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues both individually and in teams.
• Execute preventative maintenance to maximize availability and fault detection.
• Perform on-site installations and configuration changes as needed.
• Document system modifications and produce technical deployment documentation.
