Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience; greet guests, assist and resolve issues.
• Help guests find what they need and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and document them in the case management system.
• Use Target's video surveillance system and de‑escalation tactics as needed.
• Support merchandise security and prevent theft by following AP policies.
