Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to help keep guests and team members safe while maintaining exceptional guest service. You will use intelligence-led tactics, crisis response, and de-escalation to manage incidents and protect assets across the store.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with needs, and documenting cases in the system, with a focus on safety, compliance, and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
