Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead our sales team focused on security solutions. You will direct business development, recruit top talent, and drive profitability in a dynamic culture.

You will develop market strategies, coach the team, and collaborate with Account Executives on RFPs, pricing, and customer engagements while maintaining Convergint’s values and service standards.

Qualifications

• 8 years of successful sales experience, including 2 years in commercial sales (electronic security, building automation, or healthcare tech)
• Strong leadership and ability to drive a sales team
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategy and territory plans aligned to company priorities
• Lead and coach sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Forecasting, pricing support, and proposal reviews to maximize margins
• Recruit, onboard and develop top sales talent
• Provide daily/weekly planning and performance management
