Convergint Technologies, LLC seeks a full-time Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for security solutions. You will recruit and direct a sales team, drive profitability, and align with company values while growing with the organization.

You will develop market strategies, manage customer lifetime value, and coach the team to achieve targets. Travel and global collaboration are expected aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a vertical or territory sales strategy.
• Lead upselling and cross-selling of services across accounts.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop top sales talent.
• Provide daily and weekly sales planning and motivation to the team.
• Coach key sales pursuits with pre-meeting planning, in-meeting support, and debriefing.
• Provide training and coaching to continuously develop the team.
• Assist Account Executives with RFPs, proposals, and presentations; ensure pricing and profitability.
• Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform other duties as required.
