Convergint is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for security and fire sectors in a dynamic, values-driven culture. You will recruit and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward maximum profitability and growth aligned with our vision.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coach a team through complex opportunities, ensuring accurate proposals, competitive pricing, and reliable forecasts while expanding

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets for security and fire services.

• Review proposals, pricing, and forecasts to maximize profitability.
• Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to secure new business and upsell services.
