Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a seasoned pre-sales engineer in the Dallas area to drive partner-led engagements and demonstrate our full security portfolio. You will educate customers, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and manage proofs-of-concept with global GSI partners, delivering end-to-end security solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a track record in channel pre-sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and channel pre-sales experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of typical IT environments.
• Ability to design an end-to-end security solution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications such as CCNP/CISSP/CCSA/CCSE preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Existing relationships and working knowledge of GSI ecosystem Partners (Deloitte, DXC, Accenture, IBM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Partner Ecosystem team to identify prospects.
• Demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and information.
• Educate customers, prospects and partners on the diversity of technical, operational and business challenges many organizations face and how Check Point solutions can solve them.
• Drive meetings with GSI Partners to identify their problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Address technical questions, offer insight into best practices and manage Proof-of-Concepts.
• Respond to RFIs & RFPs.
• Engage and educate key partners and customers on the latest security technologies.
• Active participation in cybersecurity events.
