ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined Dallas territory and drive new business growth in security technology solutions, including CCTV and remote monitoring. You will lead a full-cycle sales process with cross-functional collaboration to ensure strong customer outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Strong CRM discipline with accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle for CCTV, video surveillance, and monitoring solutions.
• Lead a consultative process from discovery to close with stakeholder alignment.
• Create high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Develop a strategic territory plan and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with BD and BDR teams.
