Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security staff on a designated shift, coordinating with the Account Manager and site supervisors. The role requires heavy emphasis on coaching, compliance with contract standards, and effective communication with clients and officers.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21, and hold a valid driver's license. A background check and post-offer drug test are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional demeanor.
• Must prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Enforce Contract Standards and safety programs.
• Participate in unemployment hearings.
• Prepare and interpret scheduling and activity reports.
