The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or higher), supervisory security experience, and the ability to communicate effectively. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security or an associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime per AUS requirements and inspect performance.
• Provide direction, disciplinary decisions, and cost reduction recommendations.
