Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for Hardeeville, SC. You will oversee on-site security operations across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and client satisfaction, and ensure contract compliance. The role is full-time with weekly or daily pay options and requires 1+ year of supervisory security experience.

Starting base pay is $21.50 per hour. Qualifications include a HS diploma, licensing requirements, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company- or client-provided vehicle.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in security- related industry or higher.
• 21+ years of age.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment and monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially with the public.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for personnel.
• Minimize overtime as directed by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll processing, incident reports, and security surveys.
