This full-time role requires 1+ year of security experience, 21+ years old, and strong customer service skills. Shifts run 7:00 AM–9:00 PM with weekly pay options and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years of age.
• Must have 1+ year security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Able to operate computer/tablet.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Manage scheduling and reporting using specified software.
• Ensure training and performance evaluations are conducted.
