Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for the Moncks Corner, SC area. This full-time role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, training, and client service, with emphasis on quality and contract compliance.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available, with base pay starting at $17.50 per hour and weekly/daily pay options. Candidates should have 2+ years of security supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and communicate emergency notifications as required.
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction opportunities for management.
