Qualifications

• Must pass a licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Previous supervisory experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract training, screening, and quality standards are met.
• Manage overtime and maintain cost controls.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and site surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
