Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure quality and contract compliance for a client site.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass licensing or training as required. Pay rate is $18.80 per hour for the afternoon shift (2:00pm–10:00pm).

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must meet minimum supervisory experience for security roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime within contract limits and inspect service quality.
• Provide direction to staff and take disciplinary actions when needed.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively with the client.
