Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Identify theft risks and report to Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag checks on associates as required.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
