Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly greeting and establish a sense of control and security.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty when identified.
• Support and train associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
