Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site in Phoenix. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensure quality service and safety standards are maintained.

The role requires strong communication, a HS diploma or 5 years' experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to respond to crises. The position offers competitive pay at $22 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing clearance.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless tech at client sites.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs.
• Ensure operating procedures are read and understood.
