Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver's license with driving experience and clean record may be required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers; ensure quality service delivery.
