Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a security team on a daytime shift. The role requires coordinating services, reporting, and ensuring safety standards on site.

Ideal candidates have security supervision experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exemplary customer service. This position is full-time and on-site with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare neat, legible reports and logs and follow procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers; coach and discipline staff.
