Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift at a client site. The role includes supervising staff, coaching, and coordinating with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.

Prior supervisor experience is preferred; a high school diploma or five years of verifiable experience is acceptable. A valid driver's license, strong communication, and crisis-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 1 year driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-site technology.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at a client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
