Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at a customer site. The Shift Supervisor will coordinate with the site supervisor and Account Manager to ensure seamless operations.

You will supervise officers, provide coaching and discipline within approved guidelines, prepare reports, and maintain professional customer service while handling crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate with site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
