Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a specific shift at a designated client site. You will coordinate service delivery, coach officers, and serve as a liaison between site supervision and account management.

The role requires supervisory experience, security background, and strong communication skills to handle diverse situations professionally on client sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum of 2 years security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Coordinate delivery of quality security services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
