Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a Sunday–Tuesday 7am–3pm shift. This full-time role pays $22/hour and involves supervising security staff, coordinating service delivery, and communicating with site management to ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Driver’s license with driving history requirements for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on a specific shift to ensure quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
