Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Experience Required to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned site. You will coordinate with site leadership and officers to ensure quality service and safety, providing coaching and discipline within policy.

The role requires strong communication, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle crises calmly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the public.
• Must be able to prepare neat, legible reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver's license, clean driving record and insurance as required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
