Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching and ensuring compliant operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, must be at least 18, possess strong communication skills, and be able to prepare

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record if driving is required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug testing.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
