Job summary

Allied Universal in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a specific shift at a client site.

You will supervise officers, coordinate with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager, and provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary actions within empowerment guidelines. Strong communication and crisis-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.
